Poster Presentation: Depending on the volume of proposal submissions, some may need to be featured in a Poster Presentation session. Would you be amenable to presenting in this format, if necessary?
Audio Visual: Will you feature any multimedia, such as music or a video, which will require a sound system in the room?
Religious Observation: Will you require an early Friday session in observation of Yom Kippur?
