About the event

Each year, the Two-Year College English Association's Northeast Regional Executive Committee organizes a conference that brings together English educators and administrators from across the Northeast region. This event serves as a platform for discussing pedagogy, curriculum, policy, student concerns, and professional development.


TYCA Northeast operates as a fully volunteer-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to supporting two-year college English faculty and administrators across 11 states, from Maryland to Maine, as well as Washington D.C. and seven territories in eastern Canada.


Your sponsorship of the 61st Annual TYCA Northeast Conference is invaluable. It enables two-year college English educators and administrators to convene, collaborate, and influence the future of the field. We sincerely appreciate your generosity. Tickets

  • Conference AV (Goal: $4,000)

    To offset the cost of AV equipment (projectors, speakers, and microphones) we are seeking to raise $4,000. Contributions at any level are welcome, whether you choose to cover the full amount or make a partial donation.

  • Keynote Speaker (Goal: $4,000)

    To offset the cost of the plenary speakers for the Friday and Saturday luncheons, we are seeking to raise $4,000. Contributions at any level are welcome, whether you choose to cover the full amount or make a partial donation.

  • Friday Luncheon (Goal: $3,500)

    To offset the cost of the Friday Keynote Luncheon, we are seeking to raise $3,500. Contributions at any level are welcome, whether you choose to cover the full amount or make a partial donation.

  • Poetry Hour (Goal: $2,500)

    To offset the costs of the Poetry Hour, such as room rental and refreshments, we are seeking to raise $2,500. Contributions at any level are welcome, whether you choose to cover the full amount or make a partial donation.

  • Both Breakfasts (Goal: $2,000)

    To offset the costs of the Friday and Saturday Breakfasts (eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee, tea, juice, etc.) we are seeking to raise $2,000. Contributions at any level are welcome, whether you choose to cover the full amount or make a partial donation.
